The BlueSolar solar controller processes energy from solar panels and stores it in batteries, maximizes solar yields, intelligently maintains battery state, and extends its lifespan. The BlueSolar solar controller can charge even a deeply discharged battery because it can operate with a battery voltage of up to 0 volts, provided the cells are not permanently sulfated or otherwise damaged.
Ultra-fast MPPT technology
The controller continuously monitors voltage and current from solar panels and, using MPPT technology, extracts maximum energy from them. This capability is particularly advantageous in variable sunlight intensity. MPPT technology allows to gain up to 30% more energy than PWM solar controllers and up to 10% more than slower MPPT controller variants.
Remote monitoring and control
If your installation is connected to the internet using a GX device, the VRM portal provides access to your devices anytime, anywhere.
Load output
The intelligent Load output function prevents battery depletion below threshold values. You can configure the voltage at which BlueSolar disconnects the load, thereby preventing excessive battery discharge. The BatteryLife feature maintains the battery in good condition and extends its lifespan.
VE.Direct connector
VE.Direct is used to connect to a GX device, PC, or other devices.
Warning: Victron Energy MPPT controllers are not allowed to be used in combination with photovoltaic panel optimizers. Using them together may damage both MPPT controllers and optimizers, and this damage may not be recognized as a valid warranty claim.
